LeanView will automatically calculate the average flow time for a process shape based on the Manual Time, Auto Time, Normal Production Run, Changeover Time and Delays defined by the user in the process properties. Note that the Flow Time may also be input by the user if the Flow Time calculation mode is changed to 'Input'.
LeanView will automatically calculate the average flow time for a transport shape based on the Transport Time, Shipping Interval and Delays defined by the user.
LeanView will automatically calculate the average flow time for an inventory shape based on the quantity and mix of items contained in the inventory, using consumption rates defined in the Value Stream Map Properties. Note that the Flow Time may also be input by the user if the Flow Time calculation mode is changed to 'Input'.
